There are two ways to register for the 5th Annual Dancing with Authority Conference:

1. Download the Conference Registration Form and fax your registration to:  (561) 423-7770
   
   or mail your registration form and money order payable to "Chenaniah" and registration form to:

2. The Online registration process is a step-by-step process that will take you through registering one person from your group at a time.
   
   Registration should take you approximately 10 minutes (depending on your computer/online experience), and must be completed in one session. If you exit the site, your information will be lost and you will need to begin again.

What you need to register online

• Personal information (Name, address and etc.) for all registrants
• An e-mail address to receive your confirmation receipt
• A method of payment
  • Credit card via PayPal (for immediate processing)
  • Money Order

Please note in registering for this conference, you agree that your image (photo) can be used by Chenaniah Praise Dancers for promotional uses.
